The Steam FLYROTOR 150A Brushless ESC is engineered for high-performance in 500-580 class RC helicopters. Featuring a robust 32-bit RISC-V core microcontroller, this ESC operates at a main frequency of 120MHz for seamless performance. It integrates numerous peripherals like a 12-bit ADC, advanced timers, and multi-channel operational amplifiers, simplifying design and system integration. The three-channel integrated chip ensures precise PWM signal control, enhancing motor accuracy. Equipped with Infineon low-resistance MOS tubes, it boosts motor efficiency. The built-in synchronous rectification BEC system supports high-power output and includes anti-backflow and overvoltage protection. FLYROTOR ESC, an industrial-grade low-power microcontroller with a 32-bit RISC-V core, is designed for high-performance. Its unique hardware architecture, including an optimized stack area and fast interrupt mechanism, significantly improves the interrupt processing speed, ensuring smooth operation with zero waiting at a main frequency of 120MHz. It also integrates a wealth of peripherals, such as high-precision 12-bit ADC, advanced timers, multi-channel operational amplifiers and comparators, and a variety of communication interfaces, which greatly simplifies the design process and system integration. In terms of the driver core, FLYROTOR ESC uses a three-channel integrated chip as an H-bridge pre-driver to ensure the precise control of the PWM signal and further improve the accuracy of motor control. The Infineon low-resistance and high-current MOS tube used as a power component effectively enhances the driving efficiency and performance of the motor.
In addition, the ESC also has a built-in high-performance synchronous rectification BEC system, which not only supports high-power output, but also integrates anti-backflow and overvoltage protection functions, providing users with higher flexibility and safety, and easily adapting to 2S batteries or emergency capacitors to meet the needs of diverse application scenarios.
